REVIEW: The Alpha's Pack by Tate James

Image
Summary: The time has come... I'm Kit Davenport, and this is the end. Title:   The Alpha's Pack Series:   Kit Davenport Book #:  6 Author:   Tate James Approximate Book Length:   315 Pages Recommended Reader Age:   18+ Sexual Content:   Explicit Thoughts: Oh the darkness. Kit and her faithful Hellhound are definitely not their normal selves. Poor River has so much to struggle with. Kit pulls it together with her guardians and is preparing for the fight to save the world from her own mother. The battle itself was bittersweet. It started out cool, but it ended quickly and strangely – good strange, but strange none the less. The thrilling conclusion to Kit’s story was fine and all, but I’m still left wanting more. I’m definitely going to be looking into more from Tate James and hopefully more from this harem. Bottom Line: Full of tension, anticipation, and edge of your seat action, The Alpha’s Pack satisfies with delic...

REVIEW: The Crow's Murder by Tate James

Summary: Well, I just can't seem to catch a break, can I? I bet none of you saw that coming! Here I am, dealing with the events of the last book. Events I won't elaborate on, because that would be spoilers. But trust me when I say, things will get worse before they get better! I'm Kit Davenport, and my heart is breaking. Title:   The Crow's Murder Series:   Kit Davenport Book #:  5 Author:   Tate James Approximate Book Length:   290 Pages Recommended Reader Age:   18+ Sexual Content:   Explicit Thoughts: This book hurt in so many ways. It’s primarily Wes’s story and it is scary, frustrating, and sad. Poor Kit loses so much and endures excruciating heartbreak. She ends up in a pretty dark place. This is definitely not a book to be read out of order and needs to be read when you are prepared to dive immediately into the next book (and not at midnight when you need to be functional the next morning…not that I did that or anything)...

In hiding, I need to master my new power and find peace with my bonded guardian--or risk exposure. But my heart can't accept the events that led us here. I need answers. Closure. Title:   The Viper's Nest Series:   Kit Davenport Book #:  4 Author:   Tate James Approximate Book Length:   382 Pages Recommended Reader Age:   18+ Sexual Content:   Explicit Thoughts: I really enjoyed this book. There was a lot of naughty fun, lots of dragon fun, and we meet a new character: Sam. Sam is pretty awesome. There is a great deal of plot progression here and some serious questions are...
