REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: Hiding Out by Nicole Andrews Moore

Nicole Andrews Moore was kind enough to contact me one day and gave me the opportunity to review one of her books. Today I'm sharing my review of her latest release, Hiding Out.

Samuel runs his family’s advertising business while his brother Adam goes out and enjoys life. Haley runs to make sure she’s never caught and hurt again. She’s come to NYC and gotten a temp job as Samuel’s assistant so she can rebuild a life for herself, but never expects anything permanent in an effort to keep a low profile. As Samuel tries to learn more about Haley, things are set in motion that can’t be undone and it might just cost Haley her life.

Title:  Hiding Out
Series:  N/A
Book #: N/A
Author:  Nicole Andrews Moore
Approximate Book Length:  259 Pages
Recommended Reader Age:  18+
Sexual Content:  Moderate

This is a powerful book. It’s a story of romance, healing, weakness and strength, and family. It’s heart wrenching, endearing, achingly tender, predictable yet surprising, and is just compelling from the first page to the very last.

Haley is the kind of woman I would want to be. She may have run and hide, but she’s working on being strong and independent and she does what she has to in order to achieve what she wants. Samuel has his ups and downs, but that just makes him all the more human and he always tries to keep her safe and make up for his mistakes. His brother Adam is a fun guy and I can’t wait to learn more about him in what I think will be the next book.

The ending is satisfying, but there’s still so much more I was expecting, so I read somewhere that there is supposed to be another book that will continue this story. Haley will get her closure and justice (I hope), and Adam will get his story as well.

There are other secondary characters that are sweet and fun too, so there’s just so much to enjoy in this book. Just be warned that there are definitely some tear jerking parts as Haley divulges what happened and struggles to overcome the aftermath.

In Conclusion:

Overall, Hiding Out is an emotional rollercoaster ride with great balance and pacing, and will keep you up to all hours of the night reading. If you have a strong heart and want a story with depth, pick this one up for an awesome read!
