Requests

Below is some helpful information to keep in mind.  If you are interested in a book review and/or guest spot, shoot me an email (left sidebar)!  I'm usually pretty quick to respond.  Oh and I don't care if you're Indie or traditionally published, more power to you either way, I take both!  :-)

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING ANY REVIEWS AND ONLY A FEW GUEST SPOTS IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER AS MY FIRST CHILD IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 1ST.**

BOOK REVIEWS:
  • I do reviews as I can as well as reviews for GraveTells (and occasionally My Secret Romance and Storm Goddess), so please be patient as I'm only one person!
  • As long as it's romance, I'm fairly open.  Erotica, contemporary, urban fantasy, paranormal, fantasy, and YA are your best bets, but historical and sci-fi are options (though usually hit or miss for me), and I'll be honest in admitting that I am not particularly a steampunk fan.
  • If it's part of a series, I generally prefer to start with book 1, but if this is to celebrate a release, I can make an exception.
  • I won't write a "bad" review, because I don't have the heart, so if for some reason I end up not liking your book enough to be willing to post a review, I will contact you to let you know and discuss it kindly, honestly, and constructively if you'd like.
  • I will post a copy of my review on other sites (for example Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Goodreads) some time after I post it on my site.
  • I do not like to duplicate a review, so if I've already reviewed the specified book on another site, I will want a different book of yours or have to turn it down (though this would have no bearing on a guest spot).
  • I prefer kindle books or PDFs, but have apps to read just about any format.  I also love having an actual book in hand, so hardcopies are also welcome.

GUEST SPOTS:
  • I'm very flexible in whatever you might want to do for your guest spot.  Interview, character interview, skit-type short story, guest post of your choosing, release day celebration, blog tour, whatever!  It's meant to let you shine, so I want you to get creative, let loose, and do what you feel you need to!
  • I aim to have posts ready a week ahead of the post date (though can work on finalizing right up to the day before).
  • You are welcome to sponsor a giveaway to go with your post, though it is in no way required.
  • Even if you've been on here before, you're still more than welcome to volunteer again, especially if it's to help celebrate a new book release!

If you have any questions, or if something is unclear, just holler at me :P
